- Wanda Patsche, a Minnesota pig farmer and author of Minnesota Farm Living will highlight her pig farm, CW Pork and the impacts of pork processing plant closures.
- Breanna Bauman, a hemp farmer and Nicole Johnson, manager of Prairie PROducers will discuss the process of turning hemp into industrial fibers and their experience in niche marketing.
